The extremely fine vent holes can immediately exhaust the gas or air in the mold to the outside of the mold.
The simple and most effective product exerts its power to improve the production performance of plastic molding.
Effectively solve the following problems:
1. scorched
When the resin is filled faster than the exhaust, the air is compressed by adiabatic heat, and the front end becomes high temperature,
depending on the situation, it will cause discoloration, scorching and other problems.
2. Overflow
The temperature of the resin at the front end of the joint increases and the viscosity decreases, which is likely to cause flashing. In addition,
if the air causes filling obstacles, the injection pressure rises. As a result, the mold is slightly stretched and flashing occurs overall.
3. Insufficient filling
Although there is no scorching or flashing, the resistance caused by air slows down the phenomenon of insufficient filling.
4. Bubble silver wire
Condensation of air and resin causes poor appearance such as bubbles, silver lines, and stains.
5. Extended cycle time
If you increase the resin temperature, mold temperature, and reduce the injection speed, although these undesirable phenomena will not occur,
the cycle time will be prolonged.
Save energy, save time, save costs
(1). If TX vent plugs are considered from the design stage, the number of mold trials, time, and materials can be reduced.
(2). The cost and time of installing the exhaust plug are about 1/3~1/10 of the previous ones.
How to use the exhaust plug:
(3). Do not directly hit the surface of the exhaust plug when it is pressed into the mold.
(4). When pressing the vent plug into the mold, please use the difference between JIS standard H7/S6.
