Compared with other types of plastic molds, pen mold accessories have a larger depth ratio, difficult to demold, more sensitive to heat sources, strict with the glue position, easy to run off and flash, and the ribs are generally thin and deep, which is difficult to process.

In order to solve the above technical problems, we suggest that the material selection should be controlled. For penholder accessories, we recommend to use high-grade mirror steel such as SAB S136, 1.2083, etc., which is rust-proof and can reduce demolding resistance. For pen holders with buckles, if the rod diameter is less than 10, we recommend using NAK80 first, which is convenient for processing and can more accurately control the buckle size to obtain a satisfactory matching effect. For slender penholders, because the holes are difficult to process, there is a problem of difficult heat dissipation. We recommend using beryllium copper material, which has excellent heat dissipation performance and can fully meet the requirements of such accessories.

In terms of processing, it is equipped with a professional production line of pen mold accessories, which adopts punch forming technology.
The tolerance can reach 0.005-0.01mm, and the concentricity can be controlled within 0.01.
